Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - OB/GYN Schedule
The Registered Nurse (RN) - OB/GYN will be responsible for:

Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - OB/GYN Schedule
- Shift Type: Nights
- Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Hours Per Day: 12
- Weekend Requirement: Yes
- On-Call Requirement: No Call
The Registered Nurse (RN) - OB/GYN will be responsible for:
- Delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process within an established philosophy.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes.
- Providing physical and psychological support to patients, families, and visitors.
- Maintaining professional nursing standards.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of OB/Labor & Delivery experience required.
- Postpartum experience required.
- Trauma Level III experience preferred.
- EMR: MediTech experience highly preferred.
- Requested Time Off (RTO) Policy:
- RTO must be submitted at the time of profile upload.
- No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Arkansas RN license required (must be active at submission)
- Compact licenses accepted
- White River will not review applicants within 90 miles of Batesville.
- Applicants between 90-150 miles may not be selected but will be reviewed.

- Trauma Level: III
- Number of Beds in Unit: 12
- RN-to-Patient Ratio: AWHONN Standards
- Dress Code: Matching scrubs
